FAQ

  • How much do you charge for a Will?
Typically, a single Will is £150.00 and a joint Will (for a co-habiting or married couple) is £250.00. All fees are inclusive of VAT.
  • Will you visit me at home for my appointments?
Yes, we do conduct home visits if you are within 50 miles of our main office - WS11 8JB. There is no extra charge. Should you want a home visit, just let one of our colleagues know during your introductory call.
  • How can I upload documents or images?
At the start of your will-writing journey with us, we will send you a request to upload files such as personal identification. The request will be sent from our secure company portal to your chosen email address. Keep a look out for it. You can also securely upload files using the Document Upload feature on this website.
  • How can I leave a review?
You can leave a review of the service you have received on Google reviews or Trust Pilot (www.trustpilot.com/review/taylorlucas.co.uk)
  • Do I need a Will?
A Will is a legal document that is bespoke to an individual that outlines what your wishes are after your death. You can record what should happen to your property, money and possessions. If you have a child, a Will is the only way to nominate a legal guardian that would care for your child. Should any of this apply to you, a Will is the minimum planning you need in place.
  • How many executors can I have?
You can nominate as many executors as you like but only 4 can act at any one time. The minimum amount is 1, but we would recommend appointing at least 2 or nominating substitute executors in case your first choice is unable to act when the time comes.
