Why Make A Will?
If you don't make a Will, your money, property and possessions will be distributed according to the rules of intestacy on your death which means your estate may not go to who you would have chosen.
Further issues can arise if you have a child under the age of 18. Should the worst happen and you have not appointed a legal guardian for your child in a will, the decision on who becomes their carer is left to chance or to the courts.
By simply making a Will, you assist your loved ones by reducing their administrative duties and relieving them of a heavy burden.
